Zhejiang Royal Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It was established in 2006 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan (about 8 million US dollars). We have a strong research and development capabilities, products cover all types of woven outer wear, especially good at the jackets, padded jackets and down jackets. We have become a collection of garment export and supply chain management in one of the modern garment company. We served for famous brands which come from Italy, US, Germany and Japan etc., eg. ADD, BALDININI, COLMAR, SAVE THE DUCK, FREEDOMDAY etc.

Royal has a professional technical team, which can provide customers with one-stop service from styles design and paper pattern making, to the fabrics searching and samples making. Royal has established two production bases, both of which are self-owned factories: Quzhou in Zhejiang and Gongqing City in Jiangxi, the annual output is two million pieces.

Royal has equipped advanced equipment such as SCM system, MES system, IE lean production system, WMS warehouse management system and corresponding supporting fully automatic hanging production line, intelligent cutting machine, DOWN and POLY PADDING automatic filling machine, standardized template, AGV workshop transportation for standardized management system. Royal has also passed a number of international certifications, such as: ISO9001-2016, BSCI, GRS。 In order to improve market competitiveness and give back the better profits better down to customers, Royal established the processing plant of down raw materials in Quzhou production base in 2022, which equipped with sewage treatment systems and an intelligent manufacturing workshop for finished down products. Royal provides rough and deep processing services for duck and goose raw materials. The long-term supply of products includes new national standards: 95% white/gray duck down, 90% white/gray duck down, and 80% white/gray duck down; 95% white/gray goose down, 90% white/gray goose down, 80% white/gray goose down and duck goose feather slices. Base Introduction

Jiangxi Gongqingcheng Production Base ——

Configuration: 18 technical talents, over 500 skilled sewing workers, 12 automatic hanging production lines, standardized template workshop and 6 automatic cutting beds, 50 automatic template machines, and 10 automatic punching machines. The overall annual production of down raw materials is over 800 tons, and the finished down products are over 2 million pieces.
